Payment information

Fetchi does not collect, store, or process any personal payment information. All purchases happen directly through the retailer's website.

Site analytics and error monitoring

We collect basic site-interaction data (product clicks, pages visited, search queries) through Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled, so we can improve the shopping experience. This data is aggregated and is not sold.

We use Sentry to capture client-side and server-side errors. Sentry events may include a session ID, the page URL, browser type, and a stack trace. We do not intentionally send personal data to Sentry, and we scrub form fields and request bodies where practical.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the official Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, by enabling your browser's Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser settings.

Cookies and similar technologies

Fetchi uses a small set of cookies and equivalent storage. The list below summarises the categories so you can decide which to allow at the browser level.

Data retention

Contact-form submissions are kept for up to 24 months for support continuity, then deleted. Analytics events are aggregated and retained for up to 14 months. Wishlist data lives in your browser only and is deleted when you clear site storage. To request deletion, see Questions below.

Third-party retailers

By using Fetchi, you agree to be redirected to third-party retailer websites where their own privacy policies apply. We recommend reviewing the policies of any retailer before completing a purchase.
