Traditional luxury marketplaces, the Farfetches and Net-a-Porters of the world, are great retailers. They curate, they ship, they take returns, they own customer experience end-to-end. The trade-off is that you only see what they chose to stock. A Bottega bag they passed on never shows up.
Fetchi is built the other way around. The index reads dozens of authorised brand and retailer feeds, deduplicated and ranked by live price. Where more than one partner stocks the same piece, you see every listing at once, with the cheapest live one at the top, instead of being locked to a single store's selection.
When you’re ready, you click through to whichever retailer offers the best price, fastest shipping, or simplest return policy. The purchase happens with them, the customer relationship stays with them, and Fetchi steps out of the way.
